SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to the destinations that are available for selection at checkout. Availability can vary by product and destination. If a destination is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship the order there at that time.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY

The shipping options currently offered for eligible destinations are:

  • Economy: estimated delivery in 15–25 business days; free shipping.
  • Express Shipping: estimated delivery in 10–15 business days; $19.90.

The options and final prices shown at checkout control if they differ from this policy. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by order verification, carrier delays, weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING

Orders are prepared after payment and order verification. When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a shipment is handed to the carrier.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped, and customers are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Customs processing can delay delivery.

DELAYS, LOSS, AND DAMAGE

If tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery problem, loss, or damage, contact us promptly with your order number. We will review the shipment and assist with the carrier where appropriate. Please also review our Return and Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
